Superwoman stops a madman from blowing up the city.
Story
Superwoman turns up at a routine job to take down an evil madman, but he and his evil girlfriend overcome the powerful heroine and wrap her in krypto chains to keep her subdued. But after a change of heart, the busty evil henchwoman frees the mighty blonde superheroine to allow her to defeat the madman.
