Hi all,
First of all I was really interested in the post about superheroine peril that we opened on this blog. Was interesting to hear people’s views, their comments on the idea of superheroine peril and how relevant it is in a normal family-friendly comic book like the one’s I publish.
The comments then drifted slightly to what people were in to, the transformations, the use of super strength, and the amount of ‘strain’ the superheroine may face when up against another person or superhero.
So yesterday I published the third and final chapter to A Dark Defeat featuring Super Chick. I won’t tell you what happens in the final chapter, but put it this way – sometimes good doesn’t always win, and if it does, it sometimes appears in a mysterious manner.
See you in a couple of days!

Hey Jon, great new chapter, I loved it, Thx for this. The ending was shocking, to right about that ‘sometimes good doesn’t always win’. I missed the whole peril debate on here, it’s not really my thing I prefer watching Girls dressed as Superheroines, a bit of peril won’t hurt but most people know when stuff is just all about it and nothing else. Thx again for the great comic and am looking forward to next weeks update, looks to be very sexy.
Really interesting update. To be fair, we don’t know for certain if one is good or one is evil, all we have to go on is their actions and the colour of their costume. In fact what you created was two character who are somewhere in between good and evil. Effectively they both used their powers for personal gain or enjoyment. Certainly we could never say the victor was ‘good’ but we also couldn’t say the loser was good either when her previous actions were described. Yes, it was very interesting, the idea of a group of Heroines/Villains ‘lying low’ and putting a stop to anyone who endangers their cover is great. Plus Roxanne is terrific, I hope you keep using her, so sexy.
I really like the evil strong woman, so I really love it. You may be need to make two-type stories, that is, good wins and bad wins. However, I love both. Please keep such great works!
